Front Row Shirts clothing and apparel is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. We will make sure the order is correct and complete, and respond to your questions or concerns you may have with your order. Please review our terms & conditions carefully before placing your order. 

Shipping is calculated by distance at checkout. Orders are shipped within two business days of purchase, if an item is out-of-stock, the customer will be notified within two business days with an estimated delivery date. If an item will not be restocked within two weeks, we will happily refund your purchase at your request. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Returns are proccessed within 7-days of receipt. There may be a restocking fee for large orders or discontinued items. Custom or specialty orders, including but not limited to seasonal items, may not be returned. 

Bundle discounts are offered for multiple shirts purchased as one order and shipped to the same address. We offer the following bundle discounts - which may be discontinued at any time: 

• 10% off for two full-priced shirts 
• 15% off for three full-priced shirts 
• 20% off for four or more full-priced shirts 

Coupon codes or other promotions offered by email, advertising, or social media must be submitted at the time of checkout. Code is one-time-use per customer. Usage of the code provides consent for the order email to be added to the Front Row Shirts email subscriber list and consent to receive promotional emails. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be sold or otherwise exchanged. Exclusions may apply and Front Row Shirts reserves the right to extend or end the offer without notice. 

Offers, discounts, or promotions cannot be combined. 

Front Row Shirts is not responsible for information errors submitted by customers, such as incorrect shipping addresses, any website downtime, or internet outages.

Front Row Shirts owns the rights to all information on this site, including but not limited to - original designs and artwork featured on our shirts, our logo, graphics, content, images, compilations, and copy are copyrighted works of Front Row Shirts. Materials may not be copied, altered, modified, or repurposed in any form or by any means. 

Front Row Shirts strives to accurately describe each product in detail with size information and images that best depict our product(s). The actual color and print you see on this site, however, will depend on your computer system, device, operating system, and/or browser and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of what will display on your screen.   

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to limit the order quantity, refuse service, or refuse access to our website to any customer. We may also require verification of information, or request additional information, prior to acceptance and shipment of any order. 

Front Row Shirts has a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, bullying, manipulation of promotions or discount codes, spam, or unlawful behavior. Any such conduct will result in immediate account disablement, blocking on social media and other third-party sites.
